Diet day 3. I NEED to lose about thirty lbs. Yesterday did ok. Had one delux cheese burger, only a few fries and some popcorn. Day before ate a bk chicken sandwich and about a cup in a half of pasta.  This is my first meal of today. Black beans, one tomato, bit of onion and cilantro.  If anyone can lose weight in a hurry, I CAN.
